Mereday’s Fine Dining is a waterfront restaurant in Naples, Fla., serving contemporary cuisine based on the freshest, seasonal and finest available ingredients the earth can offer. Chef Charles Mereday's cooking draws on his knowledge of America's broad culinary history and culture, and his experiences as a chef at restaurants in Europe and the Caribbean.
Mereday's innovative menus change daily. Diners choose a 3, 4 or 5-course dinner, and a 3-course lunch, with dessert as the finale to all meals.
The restaurant has a full-time sommelier who pairs hand-crafted wines with each dish, and a dedicated pastry chef who creates desserts unique to the restaurant.
Mereday's elegant, open space is flooded with light through soaring floor-to-ceiling windows that face water to the east and west. Water views on both sides face harbors where fishing boats and yachts are moored, and where water taxis stop along their Naples Bay routes. The open floor plan encompasses a main dining room, a bar with cafe seating, and an outdoor, waterfront terrace.
